As the business grew and because of his interest in diving, Jess Stark steered Stark Industries into manufacturingg specialized high pressure compressor systems in 1969. These "breathing air" compressors for SCUBA and SCBA applications quickly established Stark Industries as a world leader in compact, high pressure air fill systems.

As a result, Stark maintains a large inventory of compressors and cycles each one through it's rigorous inspection and re-manufacturing process before sending them to the field where they absolutely have to run. Stark does not "farm out" this critical work. All maintenance, manufacturing and refurbishing is performed in our own 35,000 square foot facility in Houston and by full time staff.
